Undergraduate Admissions Interviews

RIT will offer Admission Interviews in selected cities and virtually for interested high school seniors and transfer students from September through early December. An Admission Interview is not an admission requirement, but is encouraged for interested students who want to learn more about the university and the admission process.

Students should come prepared to speak about themselves and their academic interests, have specific questions and bring a copy of their most recent transcript.  Interview requests will be honored on a space available basis and will last approximately 30 minutes.

For in-person interviews, dress is casual and interviews will take place in public hotel areas, coffee shops or conference rooms facilitated by an Admissions representative.

For virtual interviews, your confirmation email will provide your link to connect with us.
